Independent Financial Advisor

The objective of the role is to provide independent financial advisory to high-net-worth individual clients to help them create, grow, and safeguard their wealth.

 

As a Financial Advisor, you will prospect clients, understand their investment needs, design appropriate solutions, advise on the most suitable financial products, and provide lifelong partnerships.

 

What are we looking for? Someone with entrepreneurial drive, persistence, and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients.

 

Prior experience in sales, business development, and relationship management, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry, will be a big plus. We are open to considering experience in sales from other industries, such as banking, real estate, hospitality, etc., based on your aptitude to transition into a Financial Advisory role.

 

Good financial understanding and networking and sales skills are essential for this role.

 

Education qualification-wise, you will at least have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University in business, management, finance, marketing or commerce.

 

Earning Potential: We follow an entrepreneurial model, and you will earn in direct proportion to the income generated from the sale of insurance and investment products.

 

Location and working hours: This career allows you to work from any of our offices in Dubai (JLT/Business Bay) and Abu Dhabi.

Business Development Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced, ambitious self-starters to develop their individual practice within a boutique team that is part of a well-recognised brand. We specialise in general and medical insurance with a full-fledged back-office support team and Subject Matter Experts.

Your primary role will involve:

  • New client acquisition within small and medium enterprises and large corporates.
  • You will be networking and identifying prospective clients within SMEs and large corporates.
  • Understanding the organizational need for group medical, group life insurance and other specific mandates for general insurance.
  • Providing advice, designing appropriate solutions and selling the right plan.
  • Providing a life-long partnership.

 

What we are looking for is someone with an existing network within SME and Corporates in the UAE for the last 5-10 years. Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably within financial services, insurance brokers, or insurance companies. Good financial acumen, alongside networking and sales skills, is very important for this role. It will be a plus if you already have a UAE Driving license.

 

Education qualification wise, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University in business, management, finance, marketing, or commerce. Understanding the UAE regulatory environment is important, especially for medical insurance.
