The UAE’s independent ombudsman for banking and insurance. Complain to us first — if 15 calendar days pass without an answer that satisfies you, Sanadak can step in. Free for individuals and small businesses.

The Dubai Health Authority handles health-insurance complaints through iPROMeS.
