Wellness Day was a day tailored by Continental for one of their client groups – BetterHomes. It is a unique concept selectively stitching together fun & health awareness together. We brought together a zone of medical experts from the industry – FOR FREE! This included free medical check-ups, consultation & screening of diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, eye power, oral health, etc.
Our goal for this event was to encourage BetterHomes employees to take control of their health: to learn the facts they need to make smart health choices, and to make time for regular physical activity.
