1. Does my employer cover my family?

2. When should we arrange maternity cover?

Before you need it. Most plans apply a waiting period before maternity benefits begin, so cover arranged after a pregnancy is confirmed usually will not pay for it. If a family is in your plans, put maternity in your policy first.

3. Can we add a newborn to the plan?
